How to Open the Control Panel in Windows 10
You can use Control Panel to change settings for Windows. These settings control nearly everything about how Windows looks and works, and you can use them to set up Windows so that it's just right for you.
The Control Panel allows you to view and change settings (controls) for Windows via applets.
Settings is a modern touch friendly version of the Control Panel that will eventually replace the Control Panel in Windows 10.
This tutorial will show you how to open the Control Panel in Windows 10, and to change it to display with the Category, Large icons, or Small icons view.
Here's How:
1. Do step 2 (Win+X), step 3 (Run), step 4 (File Explorer), or step 5 (navigation pane) below for how you would like to open the Control Panel.
2. Open the Win+X Quick Link menu, click/tap on Control Panel, and go to step 6 below. (see screenshot below)

3. Press the Win+R keys to open Run, type Control, click/tap on OK, and go to step 6 below.
This is to run the C:WindowsSystem32control.exe file.

5. If you have Show all folders in navigation pane turned on while in File Explorer (Win+E), click/tap on Control Panel in the navigation pane, and go to step 6 below. (see screenshot below)
